Pair it with fragrant rice, a side of fresh salad, or a tangy dipping sauce for a wholesome and comforting meal.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br /><br />-Water ( Pani ) as required<br />-Sirka (Vinegar) 1/2 cup<br />-Namak (Salt) 1 tbs or to taste<br />-Lehsan Adrak paste (Garlic paste) 1 tbs<br />-Chicken 1 & ½ kg<br />-Cooking oil for frying <br />-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 + 1/2 Cup<br />-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1/2 tbs or to taste <br />-Piili Mirch 1/2 tsp ( Yellow Food Color)<br />-Chaat masala 1 tbsp<br />-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbsp<br />-Paprika powder 1 tsp<br />-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1/2 tbsp<br />-Kali Mirch 1/2 tsp ( Black pepper powder )<br />-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1/2 tsp<br />-Garam masala powder 1 tsp<br />-Adrak powder 1 tsp ( Ginger Powder )<br />-Leshun Powder 1/2 tsp ( Garlic Powder )<br />-Chicken Fried Masala 1 tbsp ( OPTIONAL)<br />-Zarda ka rang (Yellow Food color) 1/4 tsp<br />-Namak (Salt) 1/2 tbsp or to taste <br />-Chaat Masala 1 tbsp<br />-Green chili sauce 2 tbsP<br />-Mustard paste 2 tbsp<br />-Lemon juice 3 tbsp<br />-Corn flour 1/2 cup<br />-Adrak (Ginger) slices 4-5 <br />-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 5 -6<br />-Chaat masala as required <br />-Adrak (Ginger) slices 2-3 <br />-Lemon slices 4-5 <br />-Chaat masala as required <br /><br />Directions:<br />-In a bowl ,add water, vinegar, salt, ginger ,garlic paste & mix well.<br />-Add chicken and mix well, cover & let it rest for 30 minutes then strain & set aside. <br />-In a wok ,heat cooking oil & fry marinated chicken pieces on medium flame until light golden & set aside. <br />-In a bowl, add yogurt add red chili powder, yellow chili powder , black pepper powder , chaat masala, coriander powder, paprika powder ,cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, yellow food color, salt, garlic powder , ginger powder , fried chicken masala green chili sauce, mustard paste ,lemon juice , corn flour & whisk well.<br />-In prepared masala, add fried chicken pieces and coat well ,cover & marinate for 1-2 hour.<br />-Take a steamer ,Place butter paper then add marinated chicken pieces ,ginger, green chilies , lemon slices & sprinkle chaat masala.<br />-Add remaining chicken pieces & repeat the same procedure, cover with butter paper and lid & cook on low flame for 15 -20 minutes then turn off the flame <br />-Serve steamed chickens with green chili sauce.<br /><br /><br />Subscribe for more delicious recipes!<br /><br />@SpiceBitebysara<br />MUSIC BY AUDIO BEATS<br /><br />#SteamedChicken #HealthyEating #RamadanFood #IftarMeal #spicebitebysara
